The shop people and their services are equally commendable. I got my phone screen protection covered here and they did their job with utmost perfection and patience. I would definitely recommend Phone Garage for anything related to mobile and accessories. The best one in town.

Called in after being quoted £70+ by other phone shops in the area to fix a speaker fault on my phone. Instead the guy in here cleaned my speaker free of charge which completely fixed the fault. Top service and will return with any future phone issues. Highly recommended.

DO NOT GET PHONE REPAIRS HERE.I went here 6 months ago to get my screen fixed. They repaired it within 45 minutes but the screen was a little loose. Last week my phone screen was all loose at the sides until the screen went black.I had to get it repared again but went to Timpon instead. They said that the phone had lots of the wrong screws in it when it was last ‘repaired’ and that they did not fix it properly. Would 100% recommend going to Timpson as I can tell how much of a better job they have done just by looking at my screen. They also have a 12 month warranty compared to Phone Garage who only has 28 days.

Awful service. Please do not trust these people with repairs. I was finally able to get my phone put right by Mobiles Plus on the same high street. Phone Garage are a waste of time.

I visited the shop because my phone wasn’t working and asked them to help me fix it . They said I should leave the phone with them , give them my password and return in an hour’s time . While they were saying all it this, they put a sticker (so they could write their name on it) but without my permission. When they said this to me, inside me I cringed but politely I was able to utter “No thanks “ and quickly walk out of the shop. Just a quick warning next time to visit the shop.

Brought an iPhone XR from here. After two weeks with this everything was fine. Until I put it on charge one afternoon and then the phone went black. So obversely tried turning back on it won’t turn on, (at this point there was a hair line crack on the screen protector and no damage to the screen or the phone itself) went back to say what the issue is. It won’t charge or turn on, told me to come back in half an hour, got back and the guy behind the counter said “because the phone has been dropped it will avoid the warranty but if you want I can open the phone and charge you for the repair” and I pointed out because the screen protector has an hair line crack the phone is not damaged… So the guy repeats what said because it was dropped… So I won’t be returning to this store again because they rather you give them money and won’t keep their word and have happy custom. If they kept their word I would keep coming back as a customer. So the rather keep your money and charge you more than you think.

so disappointed, I would not return to this shop for a phone repair and would not recommend to anyone else.I had my Iphone screen repaired here a few months ago, the screen stopped working, there were no cracks on the screen but it was faulty. I was told this was covered for 1 year if the screen was not cracked so I returned to store and was told to come back in half an hour. I came back and the screen had been cracked, I can 100% guarantee the phone screen had not 1 scratch or crack when I left it.I'm so disappointed as when I first went to the store the staff appear helpful and genuine, they tried to charge me for a new screen after they broke it, they obviously thought I would have no choice but to pay again. I now have a phone that has very clear cracks across the front so not only did they not help me they also damaged my phone.
