Frances has looked after my hair for years. I have had a myriad of different styles, all have been perfect for me; stylish, suiting my hair,eye colour, and face shape They're always trendy,today including Rose Gold as a feature colour. The staff are attentive and friendly and every appointment is treated as though it's your first, consulting and advising as appropriate and I have never left the salon without being very happy with everything. A hair salon you can feel confident in.

Been going here for a long time. Very caring, lovely salon, nice drinks, always happy with the cut (for me and for my kids). Very nice people there too.

Not a good experience twice never got back to me about a strand test was told by Jemma she wasent happy to do a perm on my hair felt upset. Had my hair permed by a professional Hair dresses further down was made to feel at home friendly company perm was perfect. Sad that Diva has been around for twenty-five years yet they haven't a person qualified enough to do a perm sad.

Best hairdresser for mike's around...both male and female catered for.

I've loved Diva for ages, both for the skills of the staff and how lovely they all are, but now they are also so great with COVID precautions and hygiene that it feels really safe. Just a fabulous experience from start to finish.

I phoned on Wednesday 2 May from my home in Worcester to make an appointment for 4 May 2018 - the lady who answered the phone booked me in as I was attending a wedding at 12.30, she told me to park in the Waitrose car park and to walk up Douglas Avenue and turn right at the High Street. When I arrived I was told that there was no appointment for me and that I could not be fitted in, I was told that I had probably booked in at the Diva hairdressers in Folkestone, I explained that I had succinct directions to their salon in Hythe! I asked if there was another hairdresser close by and I was directed to the Saffron salon where I was greeted with smiles, offered a cup of tea and got my hair done in time for me to go to the wedding.I was greatly disappointed by the dreadful customer service from Diva without even a sorry" that they had made a mistake!"
