A very genuine and friendly chap, he was always punctual, returned calls and emails promptly, no question to him was a problem. He was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, there were some minor complexities relevant to my party wall dispute and Mark picked through and sorted these with ease, including with some benefit to myself. I have total confidence in Mark and recommended him to a good friend, who instructed Mark, and was very satisfied with his management.

I did not receive the planning details from Southwark - although they said it was posted etc. A friend recommended this company ; he has used them on many of his building projects.
