Nice location, friendly reception from staff. Food tasty, well presented and cooked. Good variety of options.Service was fine, but could do with some tweaking to lift standard from a little haphazard to good. Was disappointed that we were not given the blue light discount, reason given seemed a little confusing. Said it was a Greene King pub, but apparently it isn't?

Took my husband for lunch a few days after it started serving food again. Was the nicest ham, egg & chips we've ever had. My husband loved his crumble and custard. Excellent value, good service, will definitely being going back again soon

Hi , visited this pub on many occasions before the take over, so thought we would try it out today and support the new owners. Sunday Lunch for 4 , no vegetarian option just the veg without the meat, and we were charged the same price!!! Vegetables were very crunchy, I felt they were undercooked, and the stuffing ball was like a bullet. Room for improvement, waitresses were pleasant.

Went today to attend a club Christmas Lunch. Poor service at bar to start with. Then shown to the dining room which was completely unheated. It was as cold in there as it was in the snow outside. We all had to sit with our outdoor coats on waiting for promised fan heaters or food to arrive. Gave up after 3/4 hour and left despite having paid in advance!!No stars awarded at all

Just been taken over so we were keen to support it. Four of us went for a meal. It was early (6:30 pm) so not busy but two other groups eating there. Menu is very different from previous occupiers and, while it was fine, there is room for improvement e.g. fish was a tad dry but it's early days. I hope the new landlord makes a success of it as we love this place for lunches and dinners. Will definitely go again and see how it's going.

This is such a lovely pub, especially when the sun is out. You get the beauty of eating or drinking next to the river and seeing all the boats go past. It is always busy when the sun is out and they should definitely make the outdoor seating area a bit bigger. Food is always lovely and enjoyable however is a little bit on the more pricier side but don’t mind paying as it is good quality food. The do make that extra little bit of effort to make the plates look nicer too. The place has a wheelchair ramp and has disabled parking also so is easily accessible. We will definitely be back especially over the summer months.

This is one of my favourite places to come when it’s warm and the sun is shining? It was busy but service was good.We had baguettes which came with a salad and a choice of fries or hand cut chips.I was pleasantly surprised at the price £8.50 as the baguette was large and the chips were a generous portion.

Gone downhill a lot. I went to the Bromley twice for Sunday roasts over the past 2 weeks. My first visit, the pub wasn't busy so we got our food in good time and the service was fine. Ordered a large roast turkey for £18 and it was pretty good. However when I went on the Sunday just gone, the pub was busy and the service was terrible. The waitress took our order and after that we didn't see them again till they gave us the bill. Didn't come up to us once to ask if we wanted more drinks or if everything was ok. Also the portion sizes are pretty small. A regular roast is £15 and when my roast beef arrived I only got 3 tiny roast potatoes, absolutely ridiculous.

Wow, best pub food I've ever had. The main course was the lamb roast. Even the mash had such a gorgeous taste. We shared our 2 desserts to get the best experience. All this yummy food whilst watching the river flow by.
