Really good place for electronic items. You can buy everything to build your own pc to your own specs. Also a lot of other items, good customer service and will price match which is excellent.

An Aladdin's cave of electronics and A/V equipment. Item I required was out of stock, but they had one delivered from another store for pick-up next day. Great service.

Not the cheapest place to shop, but the number of components, which can be bought make it a better alternative to shopping on the internet for components for electrical projects. Again coming back to the price, some areas such as USB memory sticks and video cables (HDMI/dvi) and the little adapter plugs are massivly overpriced, nearly £9 for a HDMI male to a Dvi female!

Their customer service is second to none which makes the slightly higher prices justified. Staff are interested in their subject and open to learning important facts about their stock that they may not otherwise have been aware of.Totally different to that awful place next door!

Rubbish service, staff would rather play with the toys than try and help you. I needed one basic connector and rather than try and help find it they just pointed to the general area of the store it may have been in.

I really like the shop, and it has a lots of things that are niche the computer market that you probably won't finds on the high street. The staff seemed really really helpful and knowledgeable on a lot of different things, and when I couldn't find what I was looking for, they were happy to advise me where I might be able to find it.The products aren't always the cheapest but if I'm honest it's one place I will genuinely shop at. When I'm buying specific niche things, I much prefer a shop I can go to to purchase the item, talk to people as opposed to buying on the Internet.

Staff was unable to assist as he had no idea what the product I required was or did, should of been knowledgeable of such things considering the type of retailer. Tidy store though, but a bit pricey.
