A very small store with not a great variety of clothes to pick from!When I walked in, I got no customer service whatsoever. I didn't feel like I was acknowledged as a customer at all..

The stores Weirdly sized and just a bit of a pain to get around. Found it cramped and without all the stock you'd find in alternative jack wills stores.

Very POOR NEW POLICY.Unfortunately bought a top from JW that looked great till the point I put it on. So short and wide.....Out of proportions....it's shame they wasted so much fabric for nothing!Tried to return it as I bought myself another very nice top from John Lewis.The girl refused to refund me and she gave me a gift card instead.Jack Direct you are going downwards if you think you can force customers back In your stores that way.Regret shopping with them.
