Not many parking slots for arriving customers,Good customer service, but during our call to set time within chosen appointment day, we been told that car can be dropped off at any time. But on our arrival lovely adviser was telling us we should set the time and because that's wasn't done over the phone it may take much longer than normal scheduled service time (means will have to wait until all other cars are done that day ;( )?

First got to the dealer and was greeted with a smiling face, I came to see a specific car and was urged to take it for a test drive to get a feel for it. When I got back I had a tonne of questions about the vehicle and equipment which was all answered helpfully and professionally. The dealer insisted on getting two new tyres and a service before I took the car which was a bonus at my end. From start to finish the process was very good. Thanks to Kev, Jonathan and Tony. Much appreciated guys.

An unpleasant experience! They're not familiar with cars that aren't MGs. I had my BMW MOTed. The service manager was so unpleasant and argumentative. The only thing I asked was to reset the MOT warning light after the MOT was completed on the car. Instead of telling me I didn't know how to do that, he just argued with me and asked me to leave. From his beginning attitude, it was clear that he is a bitter person and would not be a good customer service representative.. Stay away!

Excellent sales service from David Pearce. Always met with a friendly, smiling face. Collected my new MG ZS EV LR on 2/3/2023. Car was ready as promised. He gave me an expert overview of the car before handing the keys over.In the time I waited for delivery of the car, David kept me up to date on any progress re the delivery of the car. He is a very kind, always friendly and efficient salesman to deal with. Highly recommended.

So DISAPPOINTED with this garage!!I've been there recently for the service of my car.I found the staff with very unprofessional behaviour and so ignorant.An hour job became more then 3 hours.Every time when i came back to check, they saying another half an hour and keep lying.Don't waste your time and money to go there!!AVOID THIS GARAGE!!!!!After the service has been done, they left the car so dirty inside, steering wheel and the seats full of oil.It's just DISGUSTING !!

Didn't listen sent me when I call to see if my car was ready, sent me to the wrong branch, car wasn't ready and when I had an issue they didn't want to know

My customer experiece with my MG HS PHEV that was purchased in December 2022 went well up to the point I got home and realised that in the glove box I had dangling USB. Well it turned out that vehicle was sold to me with a temporary fix for the DAB radio.Tried to get in contact with them to get matter resolved, but without success.I think that the worse thing out if this experience is that at no point in any of the communications, I was advised of the fact that my vehicle has such an issue.Very disappointed as now I have been left with a vehicle that has temporary fix to the DAB.*******************************Dear,Thank you for your reply. However, shortly after taking delivery of the vehicle, I noticed significant issues with the DAB reception. The radio frequently loses signal, resulting in poor audio quality and an unreliable listening experience.Considering the investment I made in purchasing this vehicle, I believe it is reasonable to expect that all advertised features, including the DAB functionality, would work as intended. Unfortunately, this has not been the case, and it has greatly affected my overall satisfaction with the car and with the dealership as the matter has not been brought to my attention at all.I have just sent a formal complaint using the website and I trust that you will handle this matter with the utmost professionalism and demonstrate your commitment to customer satisfaction. However, in the event that I do not receive any contact or a suitable resolution within a reasonable timeframe, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter further. We have bought our last 4 cars from BHMG, and have had them serviced here as well, we've been a customer of theirs for over 10 years now. The staff are always cheerful and polite and always deliver a personal service. On the service side Jackie is always helpful when getting the cars booked in and returned. The sales team are very personable and buying and part exchanging vehicles has always been smooth and easy. Highly recommended business.
