Customer service is non existent. We asked for assistance, waited 10 mins asked again, was told very abruptly that we had to wait. At that point we just walked out and ordered on Amazon

2nd visit here to buy a phone and I stood for 15 min by the mobile counter and no service so walked out ,bought a new phone on line on Amazon

Dishwasher packed up 7 days after waranty ran out. Refused to do anything about it. Will not buy anything from them again. Neither will any of my family. If they treat all their customers this way. They won't last much longer.

I am perhaps just unlucky. We waited over half an hour in the store last week until we were assisted . Eventually we did have attention and a very pleasant young man helped to choose a tv. It was supposed to be delivered and set up for us after a week's wait.A message today says that this will not be possible as scheduled because the tv has been damaged. We are now having to trail back to the store to choose another. My main complaint that it almost impossible to speak to customer service.Since writing this we were on our way to the store , a six mile drive and back again in heavy traffic, when Curry's rang to say the tv we had ordered wasn't damaged after all. It will be delivered and installed as planned tomorrow!

My wife and myself both looking for new tablets, in prompt at 10am, only 2 other customers in store. 3 staff too busy chatting amongst themselves and on phones to see if we needed help. Got fed up waiting, ended up going elsewhere and 2 new tablets ordered! Abismal service.

Went in to purchase a TV and received excellent help from Jakub! the TV had issues, returned the next day and changed for a better TV and was helped by Jasper and John which were great as well.

Wide range of keenly-priced white goods. Some electronic products are not on display - still boxed and also big gaps on the shelves. I always check for stock before visiting and usually have to order online.

Looking for new TV. Had to drive 90 miles after local Elgin store had nothing we wanted (all on display but only available to order at an extra £30 delivery) and managed to buy a display TV and take it home same day. Should I charge Currys for my fuel?
