TK Maxx Walsall RDC

Good money but not sure if it was worth the amount of stress I had in this place.I liked the shifts as well but unfortunately there was lack of managing the place and people which caused me to leave the company also there's lack of health and safety which apparently is the most important factor when you work in TK Maxx.When I was working in TK Maxx I wished there was more team work, staff engaging with the workers and actually listen what they have to say, respect for everyone and many more.TK MAXX FAMILY - MY AS*

Vert busy and spacious, everyone is so friendly

Another absolute shower of a tip , expect at minimum 3 hours , rubbish unhooking procedure then still want your keys , need to do better , cheap stuff cheap place .,,, atrocious

Can't speak for anyone else but my experience working here in 2007 was one of the most stressful times of my life. My manager was named Jenny and she would scream at me for the smallest things.No one ever spoke to anyone they would just scream. I was part of Blue Arrow agency and we were all treated differently to the TK Maxx staff. You'd go to clock out and if you were 2 minutes early they'd shout at you for it. However the TK Maxx staff did this and the managers literally said nothing.There were around 12 - 14 of us to start with but by the end of the week only 4 remained. The rest either left due to stress or were let go" because they didn't work fast enough.The other colleagues were an amazing bunch of people from different backgrounds. I made many Polish friends and they taught me some basic phrases

Great place to work

Google map direction was accurate and they’ve got really nice and friendly receptionist. Staffs generally were really helpful and friendly. My visit was awesome as I had a nice time. If you drive, you will need a pass to enter the compound. If you don’t drive, you just need to press the call button at the walkway entrance to gain entry

If you have no ambition and no education this is best place with best money you can earn. Other than that look further as there is no progress in this place. Managers are really bad people over there. Also team leaders. No matter how hard you work they want you to work harder. Mobbing takes place in this warehouse.
