Got my haircut yesterday, just a simple blunt cut. Her service was so friendly and great. Finally found a hair salon I can go for regular haircuts! Prices cheap and cheerful!

I had my facial done .the woman overcharged me for the price. even for one hour like she said, Then I rang the salon ,she did not even apologise and telling me if next time I come she will charge me £10 cheaper , Well, that's the First time and Also The last time I come here. Not recommended!

If only it was possible to give minus stars. This place takes first place for providing the worst service in human history. From the quality of the haircut to the customer service, they are frauds and I would not even recommend this sort of physical and psychological torture on my worst enemies. I received a hair cut from an UNQUALIFIED “hairdresser”. I was told the next day when I had complained that I would receive a full refund and a qualified hairdresser would fix the horrible mess. When I went into the shop my hair was “fixed” but a LOT shorter than I would have liked because of the mistakes made beforehand. I was then refused a refund. Horrible service. Wouldn’t recommend AT ALL!

Samina is a very nice and humble lady. She cut my hair very nicely and exactly like the picture I showed her. She’s very experienced and did my eyebrows very well too. Will definitely recommend this salon to others

I came in to get my eyes brows done but she didn’t do it nice and made it too thin and uneven.

Been coming to this great salon from the past 10 years. Its not just the work but the customer service here which is 11/10. Especially for hair cuts and facials. Always ask for Ms Samina and you will never want to go elsewhere ever again. Love love love it.

Excellent customer service, the woman who runs the parlour is very friendly and accommodating. She knows what she's doing! Eyebrows are done nice here.
