Highly recommend making an appointment with jack. He works wonders. I have have been in pain for 10years on and off and have recently gone into spasm. Jack has helped with pain relief and given me a little movement. He has showed me exercises to help and told me about home remedies for pain relief. He is such a lovely man and provides a calming environment

Had pain today in my shoulder and went to see Jack Champon after a Google search. He was able to see me on the same day. Had one treatment and could see the difference straight away. I saw jack for a 30 minute free consultation. He was really professional and nice. But importantly he explained the different types of techniques he could use to sort my shoulder and neck problem out, including trigger points, stretches and massage. He did a good assessment to look at my range of different movements and pain areas. I think jack is really going to be able to sort the root cause of my shoulder pain, which others havent done.

I had a very sore neck and shoulder , probably after too many hours using a lap top at work . The pain even kept me awake at night . Jack showed me a very simple exercise to do . After a few days , the pain had completely gone ! I am continuing to do the exercise each day as part of my exercise routine . I have been pain free since ! Thank you Jack . I can not recommend Jack enough. He worked wonders on my painful hip and had me back up and running again after a few sessions. As and when needed I will definitely see him again. A gem of a find.
