Fast service here.... And food served still hot. Young girl on food service counter was working hard, and still managed to be pleasant and polite. Eating area bit dowdy.

This McDonald’s is the worst I’ve ever been to. I ordered a medium Big Mac meal with 6 chicken nuggets. I used the self checkout machine which didn’t end up giving me an order number or receipt. I told the staff at the counter, I then waited 30 minutes until I asked for a refund back as every time I asked a staff member politely what was happening with my food they would just disappear and not update me or inform me about anything. No apology nothing, completely incapable of human interaction. 30 minutes later a manager comes out, doesn’t even apologise and gives me a refund which I had no idea can take up to 7 working days. Im fuming and disappointed in how these people deal with customer. However looking at your reviews it doesn’t surprise me at all. Shameful.

Given 1 because zero is not available!! Possibly the worst MD’s ever. Never mind playing monopoly, you are playing Russian Roulette at this restaurant. Half the order wasn’t there, rest were burnt but cold. Apparently the oil is not good hence they refunded the chicken select. Just avoid the place, safest bet. McDonald needs to go something about this mess

I am appalled, disappointed and angry with the staff and food quality. I live opposite the mcdonalds and it smells like marujuana mostly, when you enter. The smell even for some people with allergies is overpowering.But my heartfelt disappointed feeling comes from the staff treating people like dumb animals and the millionares donut, which was on the outside almost like a scone and completely inedible. Fries are undercooked but heavily seasoned with salt and the quality of the machines is shocking. I feel ripped off from the cheap shortcut way that are being used. Don't go here and order food. It is not like other mcdonalds you will eat at.

Every time I order from McDonalds directly from McDonalds app there is always missing items. When I have called uber today they are not refunding the missing item. I think the problem is with McDonalds itself because they forget every time what i have ordered and that makes no sense to complain to Uber.

I never really like McDonald’s but it was close and convenient so had to go there. It tasted good but definitely didn’t feel good. After eating I felt like I could barely play football. Fine if you want something quick

You call this food? All you have to do is your job. Call me what ever you like but if I’m paying I’d like to see all the ingredients in my food not half missing, some dry and some cold !!!! Not the first time this happened you need to train your staff to do their job right ! If you wanna safe money then cut their pay not my food
