Horrible customer service, why are people uncontrollably rude for no reason, didn't even get a chance to try the food but certainly won't be trying to again!

The food was disgusting and tasteless, certainly not restaurant quality. The curry sauce didn’t taste like curry and there was no sweet and sour sauce provided with the meal in line with what is advertised on the menu. They provided a substitute soya base sauce which tasted vile. When I questioned this they told me that they had no sweet & sour sauce left.This was my first time here and I won’t be going back.If you truly want to Eat Well then stay away from this place.Who is actually preparing the meals in this place?There is no malicious intent towards this takeaway. This review is an honest reflection of the negative service that was provided.It was definitely a soya sauce because that is what you told me on the phone. If you are based in Westcliff then this is definitely the right place, unless you have multiple restaurants in Westcliff, in which case I will amend the review accordingly.

Tried this place as my normal was closed. Took an hour and a half to turn up. Then most of the food was just Ok with some of it being bad. Sweat and Sour pork is my favourite and this was the worst I have had anywhere. It was like eating pork in vinegar.

I hardly leave reviews but this takeaway deserves one. We have never had a bad experience. The food is outstanding, full of flavour and well cooked. I cannot recommend Eat well enough.

Excellent food and friendly staff, at reasonable prices I ordered the sweet and soar pork Hong Kong style with egg fried rice which was piping hot and tasty beyond belief.Good quality ingredients and plenty of pork which makes a change from all veg and little meat that I have received in the past from various other takeaways.Would defenitly recommend to people who wanted a good takeaway after a long day.

So sad. This was our favourite takeaway but today that cancelled our order without telling us. When I phoned them the lady was very rude and unhelpful. On top of that 2 payments were taken out of my bank!Sad but we are now seeking another takeaway:(

Rude front of house and closes at a ridiculous time, can't order after 8pm online for delivery, everything but the food let's this establishment down. CLOSED AT 9PM

Ordered online this evening. Absolutely shocking. We had to throw everything out in fear of food poisoning. The colour all looked off and smelt weird. Took a chance with this Chinese and safe to say will never be ordering from it again. A microwave meal would be better… beware.

Best takeaway I've ever been to, don't bother ordering from anywhere else in town. The food from here is always delicious and piping hot when it arrives, can't recommend more.

I order from here maybe once every couple of months. I am never let down by the quality of food and the service is incredible too - very friendly. They do the best mini spring rolls, I order every time because you can tell they're home made, and they are delicious. Looking forward to the next time. Thank You
