Provided lot's of detail.Had initial response with a cost for the job quote, then sent an E Mail reply inviting Andy to look at The Premises and Carpets if necessary etc.Been over a week now with no further Contact.Not a nice feeling to be completely ignored, when you are offering someone business.UPDATE :- 30/5/23Thank you for your reply Andy to my review of over a month ago.I most certainly did send you an E Mail inviting you round to look at the job.It would have been better, if you could have advised me when you were coming, don't you think? Then I could have planned to be in.Not sure why you didn't call me to advise me AFTER your unsuccessful un announced visit and re arrange? Strange.No matter; my Carpets in the meantime have been cleaned by A.N. Other .
