Philip was tasked with remodelling our back garden and decking. His work included laying turf, removing and replacing fencing, painting the fencing and decking along with several other minor repairs and enhancements. This was all done in a very professional manner and with the minimum of fuss. Philip is a very likeable man and we would have no hesitation in recommending him and his expertise to others. Hinge on integrated fridge door split so door wouldn't close. Response of 10 mins to my phone call and photos taken of hinge for replacement. Part ordered and fitted within 3 days, with minimum disruption. Friendly service. Would definitely use Phil again.

I would definitely recommend Fairlie Handyman Service. Phil is so professional, friendly and most helpful, as is Robin and Phil's young son Leon doing some labouring!We had all chips renewed round building, the old ones dug out with digger, membrane and new chips layed. Small raised patio at back with new turf layed, new clothes poles and slabs power washed. Skip on site, very tidy workers.First class job from first class company.

Phil and his team at Fairlie Handyman undertook an extensive project to replace the 120-year old tangle of water mains at five neighbouring properties in Millport, Isle of Cumbrae. They came when they said they would, they carried out the work efficiently, quickly and with good cheer, and they 'made good' as if the ground had never been opened up. Throughout, Phil communicated extremely well. Thank you, well done -- and thoroughly recommended!

Phil helped us out with a bespoke kitchen shelving system. He took on the task and carried out his work meticulously and to a very high standard. He takes real pride in his work and is generally a good bloke. What a legend. Highly recommend.
