I have used Lincvet for all my animals since I moved to Lincoln in 2000.I have found them to be professional and caring with my pets.They are also clear and upfront about costs, and helpful in dealing with pet insurance companies.Overall, I think Lincvet is a very good vets practice and am happy to recommend them.

Reception staff were friendly and great customer service - explained that there was an emergency so my appointment would be late and apologised.Vet was great as she gave Mylo time to relax and didn't rush (he's a very nervous boy).

Very poor customer service. Been with this vet for years but today when I've arrived to an appointment (the appointment did not happen as I left due to poor treatment by the receptionist) one of the receptionists (not the regular nice and polite ones) was very rude, defensive and condescending. Asking me to wait in the car as there was another person with 3 puppies who were very loud. She was raising her voice to speak over the barking puppies and when I said that I'll go and reschedule she became rude and condescending.

Had to take my elderly cat there to be put to sleep last Wednesday, the staff were absolutely brilliant, the lady vet who sent tinker on the way was so kind, empathic, allowing us to hold while she past. I cannot thank them enough. Xx

As usual they are excellent and care for the pet that you love with the care that the pet owner does . I have used this vets for over 40 years I trust them totally

Had to contact Lincvets urgently this week regarding my dog. Both birchwood and friars lane vets were extremely helpful in my hour of need. They called me and offered advice for my dog. And an appointment the next day.
