Ruth is amazing. She is sensitive, caring and supportive. I've been struggling with what I thought was IBS, recurrant viruses, hair loss, low energy etc for years but Ruth diagnosed multiple food allergies and after just 3 months of cutting out all the foodie allergic to I feel like a different person. My hair is thicker, nails growing, people who haven't seen me in ages say his well I'm looking, and I feel so much more energetic, my brain fog us gone. I feel 10 years younger. Cannot recommend Ruth highly enough.A friend recommended her 12 years ago but I thought it was a waste of money, how wrong I was.
