Ordering was straight forward and immediate confirmation received. Item as described. Cricket Direct indicated item despatched within 24 hours of the orderLet down by courier as it was not delivered as advised and despite numerous calls to them delivery not received.I collected item from their local depot.

Rude, incompetent, unprofessional establishment... avoid like the plague... go to Romida sports!Shocking customer experience from the point of order. Order 3 items and then was informed 3 days later that one of the items is out of stock.Asked that the remaining items to be sent if they can deliver within the next 3 days, one of the agents called Tina said it was very likely so i continued with the purchase.The remaining items were delivered 4 days later than expected, so in all it took 9 days to receive the items.The package received was opened and the box was damaged.Called and spoke to a very unhelpful person called Dillani, who basically told me that it was not their problem the package was damaged! Also Dillani mentioned that they could not reimburse either the original delivery charge or the return costs and that I should have read their T&Cs. The only reason I wanted to return the items was due to their incompetence and not me charging my mind.Sammy from the returns department was just as rude and very unhelpful. Seems like that poor service is embedded in this establishment, they only care about your ££, not your custom.Will never use this site again, stick to Romida sports!Unbelievably bad service and personnel.

The bat doesnt look brand new as described on ebay. It has flaws, paid for double grip and came with one. It is not knocked at all when it was confirmed its knocked 11000 times by machine. No one picks up the phone.

I bought some training trouser from Cricket Direct and sadly they were far too large and so I wanted to return them. For reasons that are not important I was outside their returns window (my fault) but I emailed them and asked if I could have a credit note against future purchases. They were a stock item and so they would have no problem reselling them and they were in the original packaging and tagged as they were unopened. Sadly I got a quick 'not possible' from them with no flexibility. Upshot is that I now have a pair of trousers too big and they have lost a customer along with the rest of my club mates future purchases.

Avoid this company at all costs. Their customer service is awful.My order for two bats was significantly delayed, requiring an endless number of phone calls to resolve.Their “knocking-in” service appears to be non-existent. Both bats started getting seam marks and damage when first used, and had to be redone locally. Save your money.One bat (a good quality MRF Genius) developed a large split halfway through the season. CricketDirect were slow, rude and inflexible in considering any kind of refund or replacement. I have given up…I will not be using them again.

I regret not having come across these reviews before placing an order with them. Within a two-month period, I made two purchases from their website, and on both occasions, they sent me incorrect sizes, the deliveries were also delayed by over a week. Consequently, I had to bear the additional postage cost of £4.19 each time to return the items. When I requested a refund, they adjusted that with 6£ gift card and transferred the item money minus 6£(gift card). So, it cost me £10.19 (6=gift + 4.19=gift) for an item of 15.95£ and I am without any item in my hand.I strongly advise against placing an order with them; there are better suppliers/websites available with positive reviews.

Ordered equipment, got a delivery date then day of delivery told its out of stock, so cancelled order. 1 month later still waiting for my money back, casually been told they will sort the money this week, decided to claim money back through bank now.Better off using another company for your equipment. Never experienced anything like this before from any online company.

sent me the wrong size item of clothing and had absolutely no interest in sending me the right size quickly as it was needed for a gift, held to ransom saying they won't action anything until they get the wrong item back. How about trusting a customer? this concept is lost on this company. will never use again.

I have not had a great experience with Cricket Direct. First of all, they charge a bit higher than normal for the delivery, and then, they don’t do free returns. On top of it, the order I gave was not fulfilled due to the error in processing as they couldn’t locate the item in their warehouse.Customer service advisors made a good effort to reach out to me and offering me an alternative product, but that was a bit tight (it was the shoe, I have ordered) yet I had to keep it as they don’t have free returns and I don’t want to go through the pin of returns and tracking it.

Ordered Masuri E-Line Helmet from CricketDirect. When I received the helmet, I noticed that the product quality was very poor. The foam padding was not attached, threads were coming off the padding, the hard plastic was not attached to the grill etc. I believe that the product is probably counterfeit. I emailed CricketDirect requesting for a replacement as it was a birthday gift but they conveniently said that they don’t have a replacement.I don’t think they check product quality before they ship out the product. Poor customer service provided.I had to fix the helmet myself as I didn’t want to disappoint the birthday boy.
