Ordered 2 pairs of dunks and was confirmed as next day delivery. Only one pair arrived. The second pair arrived 3 weeks later and were too small. Emailed, whatsapped and sent them a message on Facebook to see if I could arrange an exchange but no reply. Considering they’re more expensive than shops there’s no USP buying from Lusso I’m afraid. Pretty stressful experience tbh!

I would never use any one but Lusso for footwear, they pay attention to every detail and make sure no stone is unturned when it comes to what you want, customer service is amazing, the new store they have opened is incredible, cannot wait to get back down there!!

The whole process was too frustrating for me personally. My order didn't arrive anywhere near the date i was told it would and I was only kept up to date because I had to send email after email chasing the product. The shoes eventually came and were well received by my nephew. I won't be using LUSSO again though and will stick to more well known retailers.

Shocking site. Quick to take your money give you your order number and then nothing else. Been a month and no trainers and no contact. Disgusting don’t bother if you actually want what you’ve ordered

I ordered a pair of trainers on 23rd October 2020. Received a confirmation email stating that I should expect my order by 3rd November 2020. It is now the 3rd November and I have not received my order neither have I received confirmation that my item has been dispatched and I have not received a tracking number. The contact number on the website is invalid, I have emailed them and I am yet to receive a response. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Joke of an experience. Order placed in October, all too keen to take my money but still no delivery. Chased several times via Instagram as no contact details and they refuse to reply now that i’ve asked for a refund. 3months after the order, still no refund or delivery. Highly recommend you look elsewhere.
