I am having an extension built and my building team asked me to decide what flooring I wanted. They suggested Howdens. As I working in St Albans and had a hour to spare I dropped in.The lady that showed me the options was fantastic. She was encyclopaedic in her knowledge and, even though the store was about to close, invested so much time in explaining the ranges to me.Thanks so much - a pure delight and an hallmark exemplar of good customer service.

Kind and helpful. This is a business to business kitchen manufacturer. So you need to have a builder or a kitchen installer that have an account with them. They do not sell to the public. However you can get builders/installer that will pass thier discount on to you and charge you only for the installation. So you can get a very competitive price and a lovely middle of the range kitchen. Although they have also low middle and high end cabinets. The units come pre built so it saves time in installing them. B&Q comes flat packed.

We were very happy with the kitchen we bought from Howdens through our builders, but then wanted a few extra baskets for our pull-out storage. The guys at Howdens were really helpful and even sourced a discontinued basket for us. Highly recommend them.
