If I could give minus stars for this hut then I would do. Have been using this hut on and off over a decade now, we more often than not have issues ie food undercooked, overcooked, missing items, cold food, squashed boxes the list is endless, but this last experience takes the biscuit! We decided to treat ourselves to take out on NYE and as it had been a while since ordering from this branch we decided to give it another go BIG REGRET! ETA for delivery was 30-40 mins after over an hour still no delivery, attempted to call the hut almost 20 times with no answer. Attempted to call the hut again the following day, again no answer, attempted to call customer experience as payment has been taken from my account, no reply!!! I had to chase and threaten to take legal action for my money to be returned to me, it is an absolute joke! save yourself the hassle, don't order from this branch the staff and service is unbelievably bad and customer service don't care or help!

The food was made on time and the pizza was perfect. The person “Preet” who served us was very lovely. 100% for customer service. Definitely will be ordering again.

Ordered at 1:20 called at 2:14, 40 minutes the food was meant to arrive. Called to see what was happening as tracker said food was still in the oven. Was told that they couldn't get in touch with me as their phone was down... But that they had no drivers at all and couldn't deliver via any means. A delivery place... without drivers. Was then told to drive there and pick it up to get 2 free sides. Said I couldn't and was then told I'd have to wait 3 days for a refund. Don't order here. Just accept your ordered when they know they can't fulfill them...

Awful experience. AVOID THIS BRANCH.Was informed it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait on a weekday. Gave them the benefit of the doubt then called after the hour and a half. I was greeted with a pathetic ' we've run out of ingredients so...' with no attempt to contact us before hand. Money has been taken and will now be ' returned in 4 working days '.

Went in to place an order, they don't take cash or card and the only way you can order is on your phone! My battery was dead so couldn't download their app and order the pizza.... at their counter! Who thought this was a good idea for business?! Won't be back.

What you get is pretty good. I like the Beyond Meat pizza. Unfortunately, this branch in particular often forgets to include items, or does not inform you they are out of stock, and offer no refund for the additional items you've ordered. Delivery is typically on time. Just do not add peri-peri stuffed crust. It is never in stock. I seem to have made this mistake multiple times.

The pizza I ordered was not what I expected and was significantly smaller in size. However, I was able to receive an instant refund through Uber Eats. So i got a free pizza. Despite it being free, it still was disgusting .
