Used AMS for the last few years when servicing the boiler.Very reasonable price to be fair, £79 for a service and safety check. They show up on time, and unlike a lot of people I have used in the past, they actually answer the phone! You can speak with a real person, not an answering machine.This time of year there's usually a few weeks wait for a slot, and originally I was booked in with a three week lead time. I had left it late to book a service and I was going to be outside the 12 month limit on my boiler warranty. When I explained this, the lady I spoke with put me on hold for a minute to look at their bookings, then came back with a new appointment just within the time limit.Now that's good customer service!

Your driver nearly went into a car in ystrad mynach. Please drive responsible. It was today 5th July. About 4.20pm. Cars are supposed to zip in 1 by one. But the van kept trying to push in front of the cube instead of wait and zip in behind it. He was laughing and in the end the cube let him in.

Said they would come back to me, they didn't.

Fixed boiler break down quickly and well, plus serviced it and a gas fire. Friendly and helpful staff in the office and on the job. Will continue to use and would definitely recommend.

The surveyor explained everything to me beforehand. The boys arrived on time, were professionals and cleaned everything before the left. They were excellent - I would recommend!

The engineers were polite and easily identified in branded vehicles & uniform. Bathroom install & renewal of exterior soil stack carried out professionally and to a high standard - even cleaned up afterwards! Have used previously for boiler repairs and maintenance, wouldn’t use anyone else.
