This isn't for the shop its online order.Ordered on 28th July 2021, battery still hasn't arrived called helpline 3 times lied to twice!Can't cancel my order told have to take it back to a store to get refund if it turns up!!!! Also on hold for 38 mins with no reply to person I was speaking to. Hung up and had to call back!!!14th August 2021. Would not recommend and ruined our trip.

Would be a 0 but not an option. Ordered 3 weeks ago. Apparently dispatched but tracking number not recognised by delivery company. Emailing back and forth for over a week to be fobbed off with 'item has been dispatched' and please check your using correct tracking number. Account not showing my order despite taking my money. now after constant pushing item has been lost and is no longer available to be sent out,Terrible companyTerrible customer serviceJust terrible.

Staff pretty appalling, just playing on their phones or chatting without helping any customers unless specifically asked to do so.Didn't get a 1-star as they have good products, but you'll have to find them yourself.I wanted some walking shoes and wound up going to Sports Direct

Got to say I'm not impressed when I visited today. Stock selection was poor, wanted to buy a warm synthetic jacket but there were only 2/3 options. None of these were for women and one was for kids. 4 members of staff stood near the door chatting, nobody thought to ask is we needed help, what we were looking for, or approach us in any way. I wouldn't have wanted to interrupt their chat so left them to it and left the store. Will try Cotswold Outdoor tomorrow, they tend to have decent stock and service.
