A really great class that has helped to develop my confidence, flexibility and stamina. The teacher Susan is really kind and patient, and you feel instantly at ease no matter your level of fitness or experience.It's hard to put into words how much joy, fun and contentment I've gotten out of these classes, especially as time goes on. For anyone who's interested in mindfulness, meditation, tai chi or self defence, I'd recommend giving it a try.

Lovely laid back class but thoughtfully structured, perfectly paced. Great for fitness, weirdly both relaxing and energising at the same time. The teacher is patient with a real presence and is a real inspiration for what Lishi can give you!

Lishi is one of those things it may take a lifetime to learn but it's fun in the process! Doing these classes online throughout the lockdown period has been an absolute life saver. The teachers are friendly, patient and thorough and the exercises are an incredible all-over work out without feeling strenuous. I always feel great afterwards and recommend it to anyone, especially if you want to breathe easier in these challenging times.
