Would be very helpful if the telephone appointments were kept to.Received a call 45 min before my scheduled appointment and was unable to take it. Implication was that I should be keeping my phone available to take calls from them for hours either side of the actual appointment.This is not really practicable being a parent who is working full time. Understand the need for phone appointments but they need to be timed.

Hayley has been superb, if she had not recognised my angina symptoms I might not be here now.

Amazing service and credit to the NHS - I popped in to the surgery today and the receptionist arranged a called back.I was contacted within the hour and back in before Hayley Ford within 30 mins.Checked out and given a prescription before midday.Massive thanks to WoT Primary Care Centre !!

Horribly rude receptionist on the phone this morning. Sounds like she hasn’t got time for anybody, and makes you feel awful for wanting to speak to a doctor about genuine health concerns. The inconvenienced attitude and outright rudeness is the opposite of what a GP receptionist should be. Appointments are very painful to come by at this practice too. It seems they have many more patients than they can handle and I can see how this could end in failures of care. I did have a blood test with Sue the other day and she couldn’t have been better, but professionals like her are let down by people and management like this. I ignored the many negative reviews because this is the closest practice after my local one closed down, but I really wish I’d listened because I now see from my own experience, they are correct.

After years of enduring multiple errors and rude reception staff I have now officially changed surgeries. The reception staff are the worst I have ever experienced in any customer facing venue and would highly recommend they receive some training in how to treat people with greater dignity and respect.

Useless service. What a mess of a GP. Receptionist is completely unhelpful with the most basic of tasks.

Been registered with this gp surgery for 7 years now and have had great service, especially in the last year when me and my family have needed to use them more than we expected. Always had quick call backs with efficient actions and support.Today we had great service again, call at 9.30 for my 2 year old son, phone call back in 40mins and seen in surgery 30mins after that!The gp was so lovely with my son as well. Really glad to be registered here. Our NHS is so important.
