Constantly get out of office reply to all my emails, been waiting nearly a month for a reply regarding my claim for a car crash that happened in May last year, the other driver was arrested on scene as was completely intoxicated and yet still no further along with anything. Wish I'd had read the reviews before going with this completely unprofessional company.

I wish I could leave a 0 star review. What a shambles of a place. I have complained in December which has not been dealt with. nearly 1 year after the accident I don’t even think they have spoken to the third party nor can they even provide me with a decent updateAvoid at all costs and use someone elseAdding to the review 2 months later, subject access request, ignoredComplaints manager cant even do their job - no outcome to the complaintProgress of claim? Guessing it’s been forgotten about.Any positive review about this company is clearly false or paid for

Absolutely Dreadful Company! If you want a proper Claims handler, go elsewhere. Our claim took them over 4 years and they milked the other side for £22,000 in charges and court costs (No Fault claim).....we ended up with £800 after they had taken their cut! Considering I'm left in a wheelchair after the crash....and all they could get me was £800, shocking!We will NEVER use these again, and certainly NEVER recommend them. Avoid like the Plague!

Really bad experience. The other party accepted liability I had a witness to my car incident and I've had back problems ever since. Over a year later and I'm no closer to finding closure for my case. I wrote an email of complaint which was not even acknowledged. Everytime I email I receive an out of office"reply. I only wish I had read the negative reviews from other individuals I could have saved myself alot of stress and upset. This company do not care about their clients at all. PLEASE do your research and find someone willing to help you in your situation."

Have had it up to the eye balls with the service. Liability was accepted in February. Since then they have avoided paying out anything even with the liability accepted. I was sent a settlement offer and when I spoke to Lauren Davis I was told nothing could be done about the figure and that is all I’m entitled to. So I accepted hoping for it to be over as I’ve had it to the back teeth with this clown of a firm to still not receive any money but an email stating “ Please note that the treatment costs/initial assessment fee is still being negotiated, once it has been agreed we will contact you accordingly.”So they’ve had me sign a settlement when nothing is settled. Absolute scam of a solicitors and I would advise to avoid at all costs.I thought the point of injury claims is to take the stress away from the claimant not pile it on.

Sheldon Davidson Solicitors have been fantastic for the past 4 years throughout the duration of my claim. Laura McCall has been very professional and kind. She has explained everything to me comprehensively so that I have been able to understand. All my queries were answered immediately either by email or a call if this was more complex.
