Great budget hotel, easy to get to by car, good location, easy free parking, friendly staff, quiet and clean rooms, good for a couple of nights. The restaurant and Bar that we didn't try, but was busy, and prices seemed to be good. 5*

Great location, very friendly staff, had breakfast and dinner there and was served quickly and hot.Was let down by the state of the carpets and needed new bedding (they were using a robvac to clean floors in rooms and every carpet was heavily stained in the hallways)

This is a funny place. The conditions of the rooms are not good, but it's clean. The staff is polite, but there's not so much they can do about the hotel. The thing you should know, is that the rooms do not have air conditioning, in a region that can get into the mid 30's celsius. Also, wifi is only free for one half hour. These are features that have become ubiquitous. It's surprising to find this in a developed area this close to London and just outside Reading. I initially wrote a much worse review, but amended it (in the morning, after the room cooled down to the high 20's celsius

Staff friendly enough. Carpet as everyone says needs renewing. However the beds were literally the hardest most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast and vegan options good. Coffee terrible. All fruit juices heavily watered down.

Room was alright, basic but clean, only issue I had was there were flood lights from over the road shining all night into my room and the curtains were not black out.The service was alright, i wouldnt say service with a smile but the food was ok.Location was in an easy to get to location.Over all not a bad place to stay but to get 5 stars, it will have to offer more than it currently offers. But a good place to stay if you need a place to stay and eat.

It's exactly what it's supposed to be. Good value, local short-stay Hotel. Our room and bathroom we're spotless, but it felt a little 'tired'. The carpet was clean but badly faded and really needs replacing.

Not a very good experience when compared to alternatives that were fully booked. Only 30 minutes free Wi-Fi, then had to pay a £3.00 fee for 24 hours.

We stayed because we had an early start nearby, the location was convenient. The room was fine, the mattress too hard as we're the pillows and the carpet old and stained, the water pressure in the shower was non existent. Staff very friendly and breakfast was good and plentiful.

Very worn and dated, carpet in the room very stained and faded, only 1 towel for 2 of us, no hairdryer, can feel the springs through the bed which isn't very comfortable, limited parking. Room has a musty smell. Wouldn't stay again.
