Bought a set of drawers through their Instagram page which arrived with active woodworm. Seller denied all knowledge and said she was ‘vigilant about checking her stock as she has a shop full of wooden furniture’. I sent the photos across and she acknowledged the woodworm, apologised and agreed a refund on return. I was polite and courteous throughout the process despite being sent a terrible product which put all of my furniture and wooden floors at risk. On receipt of the drawers the seller had the audacity to block me! Pretty pathetic since I was the wronged party AND out of pocket for return delivery for something which was entirely her mistake!
