I write this on behalf of my mum and dad. Rosie Nightingales looked after my dad for 2.5 years and they did an absolutely brilliant job. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. The care and attention meant that dad could stay at home and mum had the support she needed during this time.Thank you Mark and the Team.Paul

Rosie Nightingale looked after my mum for four years visiting her four times per day and the care provided was always excellent with no missed visits in all that time. The staff were caring, friendly and always took the trouble to engage with Mum despite her being rather hard of hearing and partially sighted. They rarely failed to put a smile on her face on their arrival and I am so grateful for the dignity and respect they showed to my Mum.On the rare occasions I needed to contact the Rosie Nightingale Office, they were always most helpful.I feel so fortunate that I had Rosie Nightingale to care for my mum thus enabling her to stay in her own home right to the end, aged 97. I cannot thank them enough and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing to arrange care in the home.

Rosie Nightingale helped support my Mum to live independently. For many years they visited three times a day to make food, tidy up and help her manage her medication (her blood tests stabilized as soon as they got involved). They always had time for a chat, and they kept me informed of any developments. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs support for themselves or a loved one.

Rosie Nightingales looked after my father for over 6 years. That in itself speaks volumes! All Rosie Nightingale staff not only care and support, but are always reliable. I never had to worry that my father would be left unattended and visits missed. His care needs increased over the years but Mark and all the carers always responded to those needs. Nothing was too much trouble, even when things changed at short notice. 100% recommended!

We have been fortunate to have care from the superb Rosie Nightingale Team for mum who suffers from dementia. Each visit mum has been made to feel comfortable and cared for in the best possible way. A huge thanks to the amazing team.

The staff at Rosie Nightingale looked after both our parents for almost three years. We found them to be extremely reliable, efficient and most of all caring, building up a nice rapport with both our parents and also our friends and family who visited during a very difficult time We rarely had reason to contact the management, but on the very odd occasion we did, we found them to be very approachable and any requests would be dealt with efficiently and immediately. Prior to Rosie Nightingale we used several other care providers who didn't meet up to the excellent standards we were fortunate to receive from Rosie Nightingale over the last three years. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to our friends and family.

Rosie Nightingale carers have visited Mum daily for a while. They are always reliable and offer to do whatever is needed to help out. I've always found them very friendly and would recommend them to anyone needing a carer.

We used Rosie Nightingale to provide a home care service for my brother who was suffering with Motor Neurone Disease. He was only in his late 30's when diagnosed and probably was not representative of the age of your average Rosie Nightingale client. The care they provided was first class and the care and compassion shown was outstanding. They were reliable throughout during three visits each day and their standard of service was greatly appreciated.I would have no hesitation in recommending Rosie Nightingale.

My mum was a client of rosie nightingales for over 2 years receiving visits 4 times per day plus extra 1 hour on mon/wed/Friday the same team of carers coming in. Unfortunately Irene passed away in hospital on the 17th October 2022 not one of the carers have had the decency to send a condolence card and even more upsetting the management of Rosie nightingales could not be bothered either! I think it is absolutely disgraceful!.Shame on you Rosie Nightingales.

My wife worked for this company and what a terrible employer they can't keep staff block your number so you cannot contact them. The owners think it is OK to shout and degrade their employees I cannot comment on the care side of things as that's down to the decent ladies/gents that do the actual work but the management need to give their heads a wobble. I would advise anybody who is looking to get employment from them to seriously reconsider.
