I had a repair on my gas cooker booked for Monday November 6th between 10.45 and 13.45 and no one turned up, i waited in all afternoon and no one came. This was to be the second attempt at fixing the grill on my cooker. This treatment of a customer is shoddy and shows that D &G are only interested in your money.I will now be looking to insure my appliances elsewhere and cancelling my direct debits.

Absolutely absolutely amazing. So much appreciation for these guys. Fridge freezer ice machine wasn't working guys came within a week and sorted it, guy was proper cool.( no pun intended lol )My TV broke and was not repairable, they had it sorted within a week ,!!Lisa from product specialist was so helpful and sincere.If you guys are purchasing expensive household items and want peace of mind, these guys are amazing.Obviously there's times when it make take a while ( by the look of the reviews ) but they sort it in the end.

If your ever in need of a job doing correctly avoid this place as it took them 4 weeks to change a neon light on my cooker and a oven light bulb which is a standard part . 3 times the same engineer came ,and the first he couldn't be bothered to park up and come to take a look . So he said the parts were ordered for next week . This carried on for 3 more weeks so I've cancelled them and sorted it out myself . Get home insurance it's better than trusting these clowns .

stay awayyyy!!!!!!!! all empty promises!! there replacement policies are all lies ! tells u what u wanna hear and at the end leaves u high and dry , iv canceled all my appliance left me 2 weeks without a washing machine told me it was unrepairable and il be geting a replacement at the end declined my claim . waste of your money and time

Not even worth one star! Happy to take your money but with no empathy for anyone with a valid claim. No communication, totally inconsistent and unkept promises. Still waiting after 3 weeks for resolution of a small claim, the final straw being that they would not talk to me asTHEY had recorded my addressincorrectly despite an engineer finding us OK! A bunch of clowns, but no joke for the customer!

Replaced one of my AirPods with replica. Contacted multiple times to be disconnected. Finally got through to someone again disconnected no call back. Awful customer service. Step up your game and train your staff to do their jobs appropriately

Abysmal company!!! If you work for a living, don't bother!!! They don't come out when you are available and you are expected to have to take days off work to be there for 2 minute visits! I've been waiting coming up 2 months now for my washing machine to be repaired and keep having to rearrange visits. No one answers the phone and you have to do stuff online, only for that system not to work either. Once this repair is done, if it ever gets done, I'm binning them off. Not worth the paper my insurance plan is written on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY AND WANT FUNCTIONING APPLIANCES!!!!!!!!Ps- they will no doubt reply to this saying to get in touch with them on Facebook or twitter, however I'm not 15 and don't live my life on social media, so how about you answer your phones instead!!!!!!

I have been a customer of D&G for several years and have the majority of my appliances insured with them and have used their services a few times over the years for repairs to my tumble dryer and washing machine and not had an issue. However i reported a leak on my washing machine to them on 29th November and an engineer came out on Monday 4th December as arranged to assess the washing machine and i was told the bearings had gone on it and he would need to order parts and they would be in touch when the parts were in stock. After hearing nothing from them by Thursday 7th December I gave them a call to be told the parts had not even been dispatched and basically to wait to hear from them meaning by this point I’ve been without a washing machine for 8 days and when i stressed i pay a lot of money per month and this service is inadequate they didn’t care. I’ve been through to the complaint department who were of no help either and the only communication I’ve received from them was a text message today saying once again the 6 parts required to re build my 6 year old washing machine had still not been dispatched.I’ve asked for my washing machine to be wrote off as it’s not fit for purpose but they are unwilling to do this and would rather let you live in a household of 5 with no machine whatsoever whilst you wait for parts that i know are not going to come anytime soon! They are more than happy to take your money and bombard you with texts and emails begging you to insure more appliances but they can’t even fix the ones that are presently insured! They are not fit for purpose so save yourselves the stress and money and stay far away from this sham ridiculous company oh and yes D&G i shall be cancelling my payment to you and will take my services elsewhere to a company that actually wants to help their customers!

Don’t touch with a barge pole unless you like stress+++. appalling service, long waits on the telephone and getting cut off. I don’t think that I’ve ever received such dreadful service like this from anywhere - ever. Don’t waste your money!

Worst ever! Been already 3 weeks I’ve been trying to get an appointment after 10 years of paying insurance and never called once to report any problem to them but now that I have problem with my washing dryer then can’t come, worst just worst. Just pure incompetence. Thanks
