Alojamos 3 noches, todo excelente,el habitación, baño, calefacción. El personal que atiende es muy amable, el desayuno es muy bueno, el que incluye a elección un complemento. Muy recomendable.

Stayed here for 3 nights....Room was clean and pleasant, bathroom slightly tired, but overall value for money. Staff was excellent very helpful at all times and could not do enough for you ...Breakfast was fabulous plenty of choice every morning as well as being superbly delivered by the lovely Fiona, a special thanks for the daily information about what to see and where to go x

Stayed as part of a coach tour for 4 nights. Rooms were generally good and staff were pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately the menu didn't change until our last evening (after we spoke to a waitress about poor choices). This really wasn't what we had expected from such a hotel.

Loved the stay in Richmond Park Hotel. The staff was super helpful. The restaurant cooper kiln has some amazing food options. A must try would be the kebab dish.Really appreciate the hospitality of Ashley & Chloe to make our stay wonderful.Would definitely recommend.

Nos encantó! Muy grande, habitación espaciosa e impecable. Cuenta con restaurante y bar separados. La comida deliciosa y el desayuno que venía incluido podías elegir del menú algunas opciones q eran espectaculares. La decoración genial, ame cada cuadro que tenían en sus pasillos. Todos los chicos que atendían eran jóvenes y muy atentos. Harto estacionamiento y ya quiero volver jejejej

Food was excellent, really top class. But the service really let this place down both nights we went. Plenty of stuff on but they stand chatting behind the bar - completely ignore the tables… Bring a menu but then don’t come for an order. Really need to focus on What’s going on in the restaurant rather than chatting

I was really pleased with the room it was nice and clean, the hotel itself did have a slight weird smell, I couldn't quite put my nose on it, the hotel was really well decorated and clean. The room was very well decorated and clean the bed was good and the shower wasn't too bad. The only gripe iv got was the Continental breakfast, it just wasn't that good compared to others iv been too (£15.99) there wasn't much on offer and the cooked breakfast was pretty dry but well presented.

Standard hotel room very nice accommodations. Outside the city so it was pretty quiet but still located close to many things to visit.But the food in the restaurant, now that is why you should go. The food was outstanding, presentation, taste, creativity and service.
