Very great time here I’ve been going for a long time and nothing has ever happened kind service and dentist are very nice and professional I had a very great visit for dr Milena today and would be enjoying to coming here in the future

The absolute worst dental practice in Maidenhead. Claims to have rang to cancel my appointment but my call records do not show that. Says the dentists are all off sick for 1 week but the appointment reminder was sent 2 days ago. Second time they have done this. The receptionist doesn't have a clue, needs to be sacked.

Almost impossible to get hold of via phone. Seemingly no communication between staff, awaiting a refund that nobody seems to be able to provide. So quick to take money, once i eventually get my money back I will be seeking another dentist ASAP.

Always problem in their system.They give date to patients on card but, get the email of different dates.No communication and not good work from reception.Dentist are fine.But, always got wrong emails, dates and time.When u reach their sometimes you find that they cancel appointments without letting you know.Management system is not good from reception

Have only recently gone to Belmont dental practice have had to go back twice following initial treatment of a temporary filling to get it redone.And the most recent one fell out after 20 minutes and they refused to fit me back in that day to sort it out.Not happy

Have called 4 times in the last 2 weeks, all within office hours and nobody has picked up. There is also no online booking system.What is the point of being registered here if you cannot book an appointment

Couldn’t recommend Ash enough! Jackie has always been my dentist for many years, however she doesn’t see NHS patients anymore. So was booked in with Ash for root canal. I was so scared to see anyone else. And was completely gutted I couldn’t carry on seeing Jackie. But I am so happy I went ahead and had root canal with Ash and have continued to have my appointments with ash. He’s amazing. Always makes sure your ok and always talks through what’s happening. He’s so gentle. Could not recommend him enough! Lovely guy. Thanks ash!

I have been going to Jacqui for years now for my dental treatment. I would not want to see anyone else as I trust her to always provide me with the best dental care. I have had some bad experiences with other dentists so it’s been amazing and such a relief to find Jacqui. I recently had a crown fitted and it’s been perfect and as always an excellent service. Thank you Jacqui & team!

Jackie is the reason why I’ve brought this review up from a 1 star to a 3 star. She saw me within 24 hours of my first issue and has rectified the problem. The initial dentist I had took a while to complete my filling with quite a few issues around excess composite landing down the sides of my tooth and inside my mouth. Took over an hour for this to be sorted (not properly). Had to come in the day after to have this issue sorted by Jackie. My dentist seems to keep changing year on year so every time I feel I have someone that is less experienced than the others. A real shame as I’ve gone to this place for years.
