Will definitely use again. Hired a hot tub for the weekend then had concerns of access, emails answered very quickly and concerns resolved, delivered early which was a lovely a bonus. All very polite and helpful. Thank you very much

Installation was poor and faulty, meaning there was a 24 hour delay before the tub could be used. No compensation was offered. Information about how to balance the chemicals was poor. Won’t be hiring a tub again.

I ordered one for my friends hen party and it was an absolute success!! The delivery was perfect and set up all complete on time. Friendly staff over the phone and when they delivered. And the hot tub was just amazing! So comfortable and relaxing, but also looked really good! Definitely worth every penny and the next time I need a hot tub there’s only one place I’m going.Many thanks to the team for all your help and support.Georgie
