My experience with Leaders has been smooth and perfect, if not for the exceptional help of Robyn, who went above and beyond all through my application process. I personally want to give a big thank you to Robyn, who was communicating all the way through. Thank you, and I hope leaders recognise you as an exceptional agent. Thank you.

Horrible horrible horrible company. Horrendous management. They will leave you with a leaking roof soaking your room for 5 days straight and they will delay the contractor coming in everyday. They will leave you with no electricity for a whole week, all my food went bad, nobody was giving me a straight answer, I was forced to live else where, all while they kept promising me somebody is coming in and nobody does! I have had no hot water in the shower for a couple of months and still no contractor has come to check it out even though I have reported it several times!!! Most useless property management every. Half of the time the property managers are on holiday or dont answer their phones! Constant problems are happening in the apartment building but nobody is bothered to do anything.

Was shown around a set of flats. Stacy was very helpful and later sent me some useful videos of flats that I didn't get to see on that occasion. They then arranged a last-minute follow-up viewing a few days later when I was interested in visiting one of those properly. Again, Stacy was really helpful in showing me round and answering questions, despite the short notice.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CRIMINALS. I have been a resident at their beloved Orchard Centre which still fails to achieve a basic fire inspection. They will ever fix a reported fault and all the staff are entirely incompetent - blaming the landlord when they have equal liability. Rebecca Vernon, Georgina Naylor, and Robyn Tunnacliffe are typical estate agents with no skill or training - they will lie through their teeth to get you in, and will lie by e-mail threatening you with debt collection should you refuse to pay.My flat has an expansion vessel which burst open - flooding all flats beneath it. No Sunday answering service at Leaders and emergencies for flooding responded to only by WhatsApp with no quicker engineer callout. The building is riddled with leaks - see the photos of the staircase which they just don't give a s*** about. It is coming from flat 14's shower but they can't even fix that. Parts are missing all over the staircases, the word 's***' written into the walls - don't expect any security from an item delivered here - it WILL be stolen. Flat 16's mailbox was ripped open and a neighbour wrote a note about theft - Leaders don't respond, usually but if they do it is just to lie. Instead the corrupt landlord focuses on the equally dodgy build next door (be careful of the mice) - just look at the picture I put of its draconian patio. 1 washing machine for 17 flats - it is dangerous.. Avoid LEADERS.

Leaders property was truly exceptional, their responsiveness, good energy, kindness, honesty was incredible. They were patient even when I had some issues that I couldn’t meet up on schedule with my side of the agreement. Overall, I would strongly recommend leaders property to anyone looking to buy or rent a home, especially if they are first-time homebuyers or renters. My experience with them was really impeccable

PREVIOUS 5* REVIEW BELOWabsolutely disgusting company. Paid my first month's rent and deposit on time as requested. Moved into property. Didn't even view it - now I know why! Tiles uneven, shoddy work done, none of the doors shut, oven is broken, shower rail is broken. Black mould in the second bedroom, poor paint jobs all over the house. Flooring is cheap and any amount of water makes it super slippy. Tiles in the kitchen are foam for some reason??? I've tripped so many times in this house I've had bruises all over me. They then chase me for the initial rent I paid as they couldn't find it"

Don’t rent from them. Have had multiple issue while staying at my current accommodation. The property manager Yasmin was out of office for 2 weeks with no alternative person to contact. I tried contacting on multiple occasions about a hot water issue that I had for a while months. After they finally fixed the issue they was no compensation provided for the stress they had put me through.
