I have visited this place a couple of times to buy foodstuff. They sell West African foodstuff which is nice. However, they need to improve their customer service and treat customers the same.

Lovely local shop full of several varieties of bread, rice, beans, lentils, noodles, fruit, veg, pickled and frozen, they have a great butchers as well as a frozen section, fantastic fresh baklava and so much more.

Superb fresh ingredients and a lot of unique items you will not find elsewhere.The butcher's does some very good items at a very reasonable price.Support your local independent business like this, and yes you pay a tiny bit more sometimes, but you get better produce and a friendly smile.Highly recommended!

I used to love this place but today I had to leave the shop because it stank of cigarette smoke filling the shop from the back room. Absolutely disgusting. They even have a sign posted on the wall saying No Smoking. Staff clearly smoke in the food area.

This great place has a variety of foods, ingredients and spices that you may not find in any other supermarkets in Portsmouth. They also have an in-house butcher providing halal meat.
