Picture this, left without a car… working 60 hour weeks and the busses are on strike. Let down by two other dealerships.Feel like all hope is lost. I see a little Mini online; an upgraded from my last car (long time Mini lover) came to Fred Henderson’s and met a lovely bloke Alan ( well two.. Terry the best test drive co pilot ) Alan and his lads who did the quickest turn around on the history or car buying probably! Really went above and beyond to get me back on the road car is fantastic and the service from Alan was second to none (not all hero’s wear capes some wear Fred Henderson coats) proper nice bloke and can’t fault the garage l. Really appreciate it and so pleased I stumbled on this little hidden gem. Will recommend and see you when I’m due an upgrade!

Very enjoyable visit to this dealer, excellent personal service from friendly salesman who explained everything in detail and in language we could understand. There was an excellent selection of cars and happily one that fit our needs. The car we chose was expertly valeted when we picked it up and every thing was fully explained on how to operate it, top marks to the salesmen for his help and a good cup of coffee.

Bought a Ssangyong from Fred Hendersons. We had a couple of issues but I have to hand it to the garage they have gone beyond our expectations to put it right. Very happy with car. I can't praise the lads in garage the sales or office staff enough & I always got a lovely cup of tea when I went in. Thanks all. Just had a lovely man come out to help try and restart my smart car on my drive. He tried his very best to deal with my awkward car, unfortunately to no avail, but I am still very grateful for his help and knowledge. He's now taken it off to my local garage for me, ready to be fixed on Wednesday. Didn't have to wait very long for his arrival and he identified the issue very fast. Would definitely recommend! A good car dealer that has a lot of passion as they sound. They only exist here and was surprised to see good reviews. Bought a car here during Autumn 2022 for my family member. They could have better coffee ☕️. Ssayong cars looks better for their value.

We bought our new car here. Just picked it up today. A Renault captur, fantastic service all in. Alan sorted all out on car, thank you, a really nice human, not meny about these days. We had a tyre blowout on the A1, our breakdown service sent a man from Fred Henderson. He was great, helpful friendly and polite. Thanks for your help, we were able to enjoy our weekend away after this problem was sorted quickly.

My son bought a secondhand MG3 car from here. The service was superb. Alan was extremely helpful and guided us through the process smoothly. The car is excellent and came with the standard 12 month MoT that Fred Henderson provide. All in all, it was a friendly, helpful experience thanks to Alan.
