Such a difficult time made special by the amazing Christchurch team Anna and Jessica made both Mum and Dad’s celebration of their life such beautiful services. We will never forget your care, support and kindness all done in such a professional way. The extra special ideas that truly sparkled. Hannah was being trained by the very best (Anna Spendlowe) and read the Grandchildren’s poems amazingly - what a team! Thank you so much for helping us make our parents proud - they truly deserved it X

Following the death of my beloved husband, Simon and his team at Tapper in Christchurch was such a comfort. He was taken into their care with the deepest respect and dignity. The funeral service was very person centred, and everyone was very professional. It was delivered with great compassion, and the venue at Harbour view was peaceful. I would also like to mention that the catering team did an excellent job at looking after everyone following the service with quality refreshments and food. What was a very difficult time was eased by this whole team of wonderful people.

Tapper Funeral Service Christchurch handled my sister's funeral in a way that could not have been bettered. The whole process was managed calmly and sensitively from our first visit to the office in Christchurch to the service at the New Forest Crematorium. Never the best of occasions, but made so much better by the support and care we received.Thank you Tappers.

Simon & Deborah were marvellous throughout the whole funeral planning, we went to the office and were greeted warmly. We were seated in a comfortable lounge with a tray of tea and were put at ease by skilfully guided conversation. We were given options and were under no obligation to exceed our budget. There was also a florist and a beautiful place called harbour view, connected to Tapper 's in which we can bury Dad's ashes later on. The team were fabulous and the communication was perfect. We just wanted to say thank you so much for Mum’s celebration of life service. We really felt we fulfilled Mum’s wishes in every way. We have had such lovely positive compliments from those who attended and also from those who watched online. In a funny sort of way I think everyone enjoyed it, which is just what we wanted, an uplifting, happy service in honour of Mum’s wonderful life. We can’t thank Jessica and Anna enough for gently guiding us through everything with such sympathy, empathy and care.

Dear Jessica,I cannot say how grateful we all are to you and your wonderful colleagues. You helped create a very special celebration for my father. You all performed your duties perfectly and looked fabulous. Anna is an extremely considerate and accomplished celebrant, she managed so well with our long eulogy. Thank you for suggesting her. I honestly don’t think we could have had a better service anywhere. The setting of course was very special. Everybody loved it.

Arranging a funeral is not only emotional, it’s a daunting task too. I used Tappers funeral services based on reviews left and am so glad I did. They were incredibly professional and respectful from start to finish and everything was made so easy. The day went so well, they organised everything including an amazing celebrant too. We couldn't have asked for better at this very emotional time. Everyone was so friendly, caring, professional and efficient. They all went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and comfortable, especially Jessica, Debbie and the Celebrant (Anna). They did everything in-house ....the flowers, order of service, Tribute slideshow, the Obituary in the paper and Dad's coffin etc which made everything seem so much easier. Everyone that came to the funeral said it was such a warm and friendly Service for my Dad. We're so appreciative of everything they've done for us. Thank you so much to you all.

I would like to give thanks to the Tapper team for the way in which the funeral arrangements for my Husband were dealt with. Clearly it is a very difficult time for all, but the professionalism throughout was exemplary. Deborah was always so willing to help. Jessica guided us seamlessly through the process, showing care, kindness and empathy at all times and making a very hard journey so much easier. I am especially grateful to Jessica for interpreting exactly how I wanted the flowers to be and conveying this to the florist, they were perfect. Also to Anna, who on the day was excellent, delivering a beautiful service, keeping us all on track and allowing the service to run smoothly. So many people commented to me on how beautiful and personal the service was and in particular how well Anna delivered it.Thank you all so very much. Well, where can I start!! An incredibly painful time was made so much easier with not only the professionalism of Simon, Debbie, Jessica and Anna but the support and care each and every one of them provided. From the initial meeting to the funeral service day, nothing too much bother. My darling Daddy would have loved it.My lovely Mummy the Lady in Red" was comforted and incredibly pleased with the whole service from start to finish. ❤Thank you all."
