Stella (owner) and Iain (negotiater) were great to work with when I was selling my home. Friendly and not pushy like a lot of agents are. Was also very happy with the price I paid for the services. I ended up selling for a little less than the lowest price we expected to achieve at the start which was my only disappointment but I don't believe this is a reflection of Austin Beck just the way it worked out in the end. Stella kept me updated throughout all processes and Iain was great too and always very friendly when I called with my many questions! I'd definitely consider using them again.
