I’m actually reviewing one of your members of staff at the St Helens store today 13/7/23 @ around 5.15 pm. I Didn’t take her name but she went above and beyond sorting out a very tricky refund for me. She was friendly, courteous and saved me making another long trip.Credit to your lovely member of staff

I spent over 70 pound on goods and when I paid I was just handed my bag and there was a lady behind me waiting to be served and so I was rushing to pack all my things, the assistant with the long dark hair made no attempt to try and help,me absolutely appalling customer service

Nice place to shop , but cafe ridiculous order a meal they forgot to put my order in waited 35mins when it arrived we well finished our drinks so we had no drink with our meal won't be going back again it's ridiculous

The cafe on the first floor, also accessible by lift is good with a good selection of food and drinks
