Very poor and unprofessional .

I have rented a house from vision property lettings for over two years now. From last year to this year i noticed a very large i increase in professionalism and customer service. When you have an issue they are very quick to respond. The maintenance man is incredibly skilled and very friendly even though he wont accept a coffee. They even helped me to move at a small cost that was considerably lower than any other company. All in all a great letting agent. Diversity is great as they catered for other nationalities and employed people who could translate. Fantastic!

Great service

A really underrated agency. Mostly deals in shared housing, but with very low deposits and requirements. The staff, especially Plamen, is very friendly, efficient, understanding and helpful. Most of the time you can just show up in the office, do a house viewing, and move in on the very same day.

Fast and reliable service. The staff is really polite and understanding. The rent prices are reasonable and you have a choice of paying weekly or monthly. A brilliant property agency.
