Terrible place to work staff rushed off their feet residents don't get the care they need it's shocking long hours and short staffed management are shocking to stay away

My Mother in Law spent 2 years at St Oswalds and i can honestly say in those years the care and compassion that she received was brilliant. The Staff, reception and nurses couldn't do enough. I would highly recommend. The staff are a credit and work in team.

My Dad Richard was at St Oswalds for almost 6 years, it became his home and second family for us, the care upto and including his final day/hours were of high standard, the relationship he and we had with staff was brilliant, he had key senior care and nurse staff supporting him daily including the Manager, all went above and beyond and all were friendly, attentive and shown empathy and affection to him and his family.

Ignore the previous review as this Care Home has a lovely nurturing environment for the residents. The staff are happy and interact well with the residents. This home is a little gem!

Wonderful care home. Fantastic staff, nothing is too much trouble. Lovely gardens and a wide range of activities for the residents. Always made to feel welcome when we visit. A real Home from Home" and family feel."
