Absolutely rubbish. Never deliver medicine on time and don't pick up calls. They take the mick. When they don't have stock they don't even inform you. Checks need to be done on the pharmacy and it should be closed down as they are doing nothing anyway.

Finally managed to find a pharmacy where people can speak in English, it's so surprising Antalya has so much of Tourism and people come here across the globe still language is a big issue here. To make things more friendly and comfortable I think they should workout on English which is spoken in most of the countries.

The pharmacy staff are ver good. Very friendly make you feel welcome, tpThey do the prescriptions very quick. There delivery service is ver reliable. The delivery drivers are very good, I am satisfied and would highly recommend. They are very good on giving you advice.

Extremely patronising and lazy pharmacy. Refuse to order repeats on your behalf like most other pharmacies offer. And when you try to dispute this, they patronize you like a child and are really quite rude. I suffer from mental health issues and upon informing them of this, they were still trying to come up with every excuse not to order medication on my behalf, until he finally uttered the real reason they won't do it - it's a whole lot of paperwork that they don't want to do. Extremely dissatisfied and now very stressed due to all of the hassle. Thanks for nothing!

Rubbish service, always getting things wrong. Delivery never on time.Customer service terrible especially from the young boy who thinks he's hip " by calling you " buddy ".Very unprofessional.Constantly contradicting communication between pharmacy and the doctor surgery so having to make numerous phone calls between the two to get things sorted.Will be looking to change pharmacy."

Well stocked, clean and friendly. What more Is there to say! The manager there is extremely cooperative and experienced. Prescriptions are being done on time and the deliverys are on time aswell. Would recommend.

absoloutly disgraceful ever since the other tallish guy left this place has gone downhill lose your prescriptions and say its been claimed by others you try calling all day and just says lines are busy then it calls and no one answers gone rubbish seriously considering leaving this pharmacy.

Local pharmacy that has been at the same site for many many years. Has had a recent refit which has a made the place look and feel up to date. Can order prescriptions without the need to pop to the doctors / surgery. Meds can also be delivered which is handy for those that work. Turn around time for meds to be delivered / pickup seems to be good. Offer jabs for all kinds of vaccinations and also do allergy checks. Parking can be an issue at times but good excuse to Get out and do some walking.

Called in today for a typhoid vaccination. Can honestly say, what a lovely bunch of people they are. Extremely gentle too
