This school is so strict all they care about is standards if you want your children to get a decent education than avoid this place. One teacher too avoid is Mr evans he is so rude to children and talks to them in a rude manner

Our rated school in all honesty.. on the name of rules they get away with everything. Very rude receptionist refuse to accept important books my daughter forget at home even it looks like they are running a jail not school..brent council really need to look in to this...

This school is for children who like to be far from society this school isolated children, I've heard multiple occasions of students hating this school due to the lack of respect the teachers give and me being someone who rates places this has to be the worst they didn't even allow me to take photos I just need to show the users how the school was. To parents don,'t let your kids join this school they'll turn into unsocial students. And to people looking for a job go to another school if you like teaching.

Management at Wembley High Tech College like to consider itself a highly prestigious school with the highest standards for both it’s students and teachers. They need to stop living this delusion.Secondary education is one of the most formative years of a person’s life. It’s where your child can ask plenty of questions, try to find out what they like and then pursue that subject or extracurricular through an expert who loves it so much that they’ve decided to teach it! Learning flourishes only when your students and teachers aren’t afraid to ask questions and try new things without being afraid to fail. The best schools in the country know this and try to cultivate a high-spirited atmosphere.Unfortunately, Wembley High Tech are the antithesis of this idea. Punishment is dolled out on a quota. Teachers are required to give their students a certain amount of detentions on a monthly basis. As you can imagine, this does irreparable damage to student-teacher relationships when they get punished for even the smallest of things; handing in homework late, talking in class or even going to the bathroom without permission. I understand context of these situations matter, but across the board it seems Wembley High Tech operate on a “one strike, you’re out” policy.And this attitude extends to teachers as well. I personally know newer teachers who have been disheartened by the way this school treats them like commodities instead of human beings. Teachers receive constant monitoring from management, which, as you can imagine, puts stress on the learning environment. Department heads even go so far as to intervene when monitoring, undermining the teacher and making them feel small. It’s highly unorthodox practice and I know of no other school which monitors it’s teachers so closely and well-into their term.With ever-present stresses on both teachers and students, where they live in fear of asking the wrong questions, making mistakes or failing, it’s no wonder Wembley High Tech has a very high suspension rate. Kids will act up if they’re not allowed to be themselves and grow. The attitude from most students and teachers is reluctant to say the least.This school needs to take a very long hard look at it’s policies and make some much needed behavioural adjustments if it wants to stay around for much longer. I can’t stress enough that you should not even consider working here or sending your child here.A school should not be run like a prison.

This school is just honestly a prison for poor kids. They only care about grades and the way that the teachers especially those in higher positions treat is appalling. Although it is called a technology college please do not be deceived this school is far from that. I would not recommend for kids who want to actually grow to come to this school.

This is a school which should be avoided at all costs, whether you want to send your children there, or you want to work there. The contempt with which they treat their new staff is quite frankly appalling, and they do not accept that they are causing distress. If you want to be happy, please do not choose to work here. I know a worker who lost sleep and was reduced to tears as a result of having to deal with this school. That should tell you all you need to know.

This school does not care about the students, its soly about the image of the school they want all kids to be robots! They pus the kids very hard to achive highly so their ofstead reports look good but have no real concern on the actual students and their wellbeing or learning abilities the teach them like robots! Also the school is in a diverse area of london but they have employed teachers who are not use to diveristy and seems to be a culture shock to them! The school is also suppose to be a technology college but only offer 4 technologies! This school on paper looks the part in actual fact its low standard!

I’m still a student around here, but I really wanted to let out my reviews on this school, as I really just want to talk about how the school is being controlled.honestly, the students are okay and the teachers are fine. But considering the fact I have ADHD and can’t seem to pay attention often, teachers get angry at me for just not even concentrating well. This isn’t really fair, talk about equality and fairness with your own peers and students when it comes to teachers perspective.I really don’t think that the school outfits should be necessary either. The fact that I wear a big blazer and a teacher, Miss Pillay always tells me to pull down my skirt, it’s like I’m being controlled, telling me that I might even have to wear “pants”. PLEASE, staff teachers need to deal with this. I felt so uncomfortable that a old female teacher comes at me for the way I dressed up. The skirt isn’t even short too, if she could only look at other students, they have smaller blazers but their skirt is also above their KNEES. If it’s much of a problem and teachers such as her need to come at students with skirts or something, then please do discuss about the school outfits. it makes me so uncomfortable that a grown person is looking at my skirt and thinks that it’s “short”.lastly, I would really like to say that the school needs to pay attention more on the students mental health. I have been having recent breakdowns because of the students and because of the school in general, all the teachers and the students are way too mean to each other.It is a great school, the structure is WONDERFUL, and MOST teachers, students are also very nice compared to some I’ve dealt with. but in general if your child has any thing similar to me such as ADHD, or toilet issues or anything above of what I have said, please don’t send your child here. they don’t often understand that kids really find it difficult to concentrate, especially like me.In addition, Mr Evans is RUDE, I mean really rude, I couldn’t even drink water or take off my blazer in the quad rooms, and why couldn’t I not do that? Drinking water shouldn’t be a DISTRACTION, I felt really sick that time and wanted to drink something. Also it’s important that kids can take off their blazers for a reason especially if they feel hot. Lastly with the school social worker, please do keep in mind that they mentioned “even if you don’t feel like going to school, you must come”. students have mental issues and physical issues around this school. It’s best that they should also include in their speech if they had any problems they should talk to a trusted adult such as Mr Jeffery or Miss Donavan (really recommend them, they are the only wonderful and most nicest teacher you would ever meet in the school).so please do fix the facilities, it would really much help.

This school is disgusting. The teachers are negligent towards the students and all they care about are grades grades grades. The school likes to pride themselves on their grades but if you were a student here like I am and had an insight into what it was actually like you’d find it horrible too. They don’t care about students mental health at ALL. They are overly strict but students have to learn and grow to be themselves and this school prevents that. It sucks the life out of all the students and most of them end up hating school because of it. They suspend students left and right like it’s nothing, they leave students in isolation for a long period of time and some of the staff are horrible towards student. Every day you can see staff like Mr Best and Mr Bhatia yelling at a student for the smallest things handing out detentions left and right, taking advantage of their positions thinking they can do whatever they want. Luckily we don’t see Mr Evans anymore because he was the worst. There had been so many times where he would inappropriately touch a student to demonstrate that their uniform was off. He had pulled down the skirts for girls like me and had said it was a distraction which is absurd and when I reported him nothing happened. Some of the staff they employ are horrible too such as Mr Gimson who swears at students and yells at them making them feel like they’re nothing. So if you want to work here or send your kid here DO NOT. It’s nothing how they advertise it to be, if I could give this school a rating of 0 stars I would.

Teachers gossiped about me / mr..Bhatia laughed in my face years outside of school after i left, to show how fake these teachers were. I emailed the school about how badly they treated me coming from an abusive home and didn't receive a reply or an apology. As an innocent child i would’ve expected my peers to have broken me but it was this school. Im really trying and i still try to live another day despite my scars.
