Personal injury - Initial contact 6 years ago couldn’t help couldn’t explain why, 6 years on with matter filed in court by alternative firm, still can’t help despite its own representation on its own website, op recommends firm changes its website content (if able).

The most incompetent conveyancers I've ever come across. They are the reason our purchase has fallen through. If you are the party of the transaction that is not using them, pull out when is still early. If you are the party who instructed them, well, the blame is on you for whatever will happen.

Made a pigs ear of a simple conveyancing. Beyond incompetent, paid money to wrong person. Charged multiple times for correcting their errors.

The Madrid office get 5 stars without hesitation. They listned to what I wanted and then recommended another company more local to me, and cheaper. No fees applied. That's an honest service!For the London office, I had an initial enquiry but the person who returned my call was very thorough and made sure I understood everything. Would be five stars but they had to be reminded to return the call after a week or so.

I had about 8 weeks to get a visa situation sorted. The Penningtons team were incredibly thorough, responsive, and reassuring through this tumultuous time. Cannot recommend Pat and the immigration team enough!

I was frantically trying to find a firm of solicitors to take on a case of potential medical negligence and to challenge the outcome of a Coroners inquest into the death of my wife . Someone contacted me immediately from Penningtons and did a most thorough job of taking the details concerning the case and Mr Kyriacou who deals with these matters promptly sent me an email and arranged to call me. Mr Kyriacou did indeed call me and despite not being able to take on my case without all the relevant evidence , was most helpful and knowledgeable , I would like to thank him for his condolences, his honesty and his time spent discussing the matter with me .

Have requested information and paid for it, waited many months with no response.They were quick to take my money. After many months they have said they will send information shortly. Have still not heard back. Do not reccommend if you want communication and to be kept informed about what is happening. Very Poor communication and service.
