Lorry driver using mobile phone while driving on the motorway, we would have reported it to the police but the lorry had no rear number plate and we were not willing to get Infront of a distracted lorry driver.

Megan didn't want to hear the negatives of the company, came across quite rude and unprofessional, little bit arrogant tbh.Tim was quite professional, fairly decent at dealing with members of the public.Overall though these people need to research laws and have a better approach with members of the public.
