Westlodge Pet Hotel

Have used the Cattery for a few years. Rooms are clean and well set up. We like the VIC room with a view of the duck pond. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The cats always come home so relaxed. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful place for you're pets, our 2 golden retriever's used to go there before our older one couldn't be left anymore, but will definitely go there again with our younger dog. Our younger dog has just had a hydrotherapy session there, brilliant, Alf loved it, the whole place is fabulous and Iris, Marc and all the staff are lovely, very very highly recommend west lodge hotel for you're beloved pets, you won't be disappointed.

Our Dog stayed for 10 days when we went on holiday, unfortunately she has a accident a couple of days before and she needed her paw stitching up which left her with a lovely big bandage on her paw. The bandage needed changing at the vets every couple of days and Kate was really helpful advising they would take our dog to the vets while we were away for the dressing changes. This was a huge help and meant we didn’t need to organise someone to pick her up and drop her off every time she needed to go to the vets.This took a massive stress off us which meant we could enjoy our holiday!Can’t fault the team, they were very accommodating and caring. Would 100% recommend.

This was the first time we have left our dog at a kennel and she seemed to love it :) she was chilled, happy and the staff are lovely. We felt they had great interest in our pooch and they were reasonably priced. We would highly recommend using these kennels :). Thank you Westlodge.

Friendly staff, good facilities and the dogs happy and healthy when we collected them. We did book a larger luxury room but I think there was a miscommunication and the dogs stayed in a standard room - not an issue as they were fine and we only paid for standard but not what we expected. That said it could well have been our mistake! Will definitely be back and happy to leave our two dogs there.

AMAZING pet hotel! The cattery side is great with it's themed rooms & V.I.C suite (Which my cat clearly loved as he was sitting at the top of the cat tower overlooking the pond when I collected him) The rooms are much nicer than other catteries I have used in the past.The staff are also friendly & clearly love animals, so can leave my cat here with no worries at all. :)

Dog with behavioural issues and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely staff and our dog is looked after really well. Very impressed with them. Last year Jett lost a bit of weight so they increased his food. Jett loves going there. Well worth the cost.

I checked on my dogs while we were away and I was sent pics of them, we could tell by the looks on their faces they were happy. Staff took detailed notes about our dogs and when we collected them they were happy and had been well looked after. Staff were very approachable and friendly.

Lovely place for a pet to stay and really very nice people looking after them .I would recommend them
