Vintage Tudor watch that had been my grand fathers and fathers watch. It was in a very poor condition and thought to be beyond repair. I had even taken the watch back to Switzerland some years ago simply to be told that mechanical things have a life expectancy and to just leave it in a drawer. The restoration carried out by W.E. Clark & Son has been nothing short of amazing. The watch face has come up like new and the time keeping has been very good for a watch of its age. I cannot fault the service and its been very special to get it back on my wrist after all these years.

I've just had my Tag Heuer watch battery replaced with W.E.Clark and they are quick and efficient. Tag Heuer said it would take at least 3 months and my watch was back with me in around 10 days, great service and thank you!

I recently had my Seamaster sent off via W.E. Clark & Son to Omega for servicing. David also arranged the replacement of the bracelet and a new navy bezel, now my watch of fifteen years looks like brand new! I’m so pleased with the results and would like to thank him for all of his efforts. They also paid for the postage during the pandemic and where helpful throughout.We also purchased our engagement ring and wedding bands from Vicky in 2015 & 2017, she gave us excellent service and makes us feel very welcome in the Lewes store nowadays. All of the team are very friendly and I would highly recommend W.E. Clark & Son as they always give us great service. We look forward to using you again for future purchases, Thank you…

David was very professional, and was honest in his advice too which I appreciated. I was also made to feel valued as a customer. I can understand why this jeweller has been around for a few generations - I only wish I lived nearer as they'd be my go- to" for everything."

W.E. Clark and Son have repaired two watches for me. When I say repair, both were actually restorations of old and damaged watches of sentimental value. Their instructions and communications were clear and kept me informed. The watches were restored and when returned to me, were simply breathtaking in their quality. I highly recommend their service.

Cannot recommend David and the team highly enough. As you can see from the two pictures, they did a fantastic job restoring a 50 year old Seamaster with severe water damage.David was also exceptionally helpful answering any questions and when there was a slight issue they fixed it no questions asked. Won't go anywhere else to get the Seamaster serviced in future.
