Discovered this little gem quite by chance and what a find. Staff were preparing for a 70's night and food was a little delayed but well worth the wait. Tables and sofas positioned to give great views over the fishing pond. Very large car park so well worth a visit whether you arrive by car,bicycle, motorbike or on foot.

Visited this afternoon around 5pm. Great views across lake and brill scenery - even saw a large bird of prey catch a fish. Brew was good and man was very accommodating and helpful but needs to be far more vegan choice as personally I hate salted caramel products.

Found this place by accident today while out on the bike, saw their chalk board on a crossroad advertising great sounding food, so we thought we would give it a try. And we’re so pleased we did, the owner was really nice and very helpful and the food was great too. Can’t wait until we can take advantage of all the tables and chairs out on the patio after lockdown finishes, it’s going to be so pleasant listening to the wild bird calls, and enjoying great food

Have visited this place and my wife has visited a couple of times. Some local friends have also been and all agree it has been a positive experience. It is child friendly with activities arranged.There is wheel chair access and plenty of parking. Sensible prices. There are music nights and the owner is working very hard at making this place a success.
