Awful, but it is not the women who serve you, it's the management.Well over a week from prescription ordering to collection .....and you still have to wait for it to be made up!!!When you ask why it is not ready they just blame the Medical Centre or say we didn't get until yesterday". Staff are friendly and helpful. They are doing all they can for us with a very overpopulated town. I called this morning in terrible pain and they rushed my prescription for me which my gp sent over a day later than they said...thank you staff at well!

Terrible.....People who are buying of the shelf have to wait in the queue behind everyone getting there prescriptions. Today the queue was outside the door. No signs directing you to wait in a certain area so people everywhere. This is not an effective way to run a busy chemist. Be warned that if you want to use this chemist be prepared to queue forever!!!!! Don't waste your time, go to a chemist that isn't next door to a doctors surgery.

staff are friendly and helpful but there is always a long wait for prescriptions not only in the shop but also for repeat prescriptions which tend not to be ready even more than a week after they have been submitted.
