My 56 year old Teddy Bear was looking really sorry for himself. His straw stuffing was coming out and he had rips where the material had disintegrated over the years.There are so many memories wrapped up inside of him.I took him to Nottingham Teddy Repairs at Strelley Hall where Deb has done an amazing job.He's now back homeThanks so much Deb

Terrible service, terrible communication. We left a 90 year old doll of our late mother's, for repair. We were told it wasn't a big job and were led to believe we'd be able to pick her up quickly. After 14 MONTHS of attempting to communicate with the business, voice mails and answer phone full, WhatsApp messages seen but rarely responded to, we were finally told this week she couldn't get the elastic (we found it with 30 seconds on the internet, in the UK) so we picked her up today, untouched. Even the hair hadn't been gently washed" as she was going to do. No apology even on collection

My teddy arrived home today and I am really pleased with the repairs that Debbie has done. He was in a really sorry state but now has many more years of cuddles and adventures in him.

Took the wife's teddy to have his leg repaired, and spoke to the lovely Debbie, and she said that we would have to leave him overnight. When we returned the next day she had restored him to full health and also put extra padding in his other limbs, she had done an amazing job and we would recommend her services to anyone who has a cherished teddy that requires some love and attention.Back at the Teddy repair shop, this time to have my own bears repaired, and once again the marvellous Debbie has worked her magic the bears are fighting fit once more. I cannot praise her enough for amazing talent, and her care and compassion when dealing with people's treasured teddies.

Brought in my tired old teddy bear to Debs for restoration. Debs explained exactly what needed to be done and reassured me he will be in good hands and she would take care of him. Just collected my teddy bear today and was amazed on how he looked and felt. He also had a new squeaker. He is absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much Debs for all the work you have done.
